We are all depressed at some point in our lives. But instead of going on prescription drugs, self-medicating with illegal drugs or alcohol or other life destroying actions, we were able to gain control of our lives with will powder, help from our friends and change of our aptitude and actions.
This is what causes depression to be suspected of being caused by weak character. We do not understand. If we can overcome depression by a change of aptitude and action, why can’t you?
Since serious depression has the same symptoms as any depression which is not any measurable symptoms. One can only use the results of ones action or in most cased the lack of action to determine the seriousness of ones depression.
Depression is a chemical imbalance of neurotransmitters in the brain. Neurotransmitters are a chemical messenger used by neuron (nerve cells) to communicate in the brain. A shortage of neurotransmitters can cause messages to be unclear and confused and as a result; actions of the body are affected such as with depressions.
Serotonin is the most important neurotransmitter connected to depression. It is produced by the body if given the right nutrition. But genie, stress, worry, emotional distress, drugs, alcohol, poor eating habits and pollution will deplete this neurotransmitter. And these life problems may not allow the body to produce enough serotonin to catch up with your demand through the food we eat.
SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) are the medical profession answer to depression. These SSRI cause the body to be more efficient in it use of neurotransmitters which clear up the messenger and allow us to function almost normally. More efficient sounds good until we learn of the long term effect of using SSRI’s. The body is self adjusting and if the demand of serotonin drops then the body will produce less serotonin. This turns into a circle of decreased serotonin production and increased drug usage to maintain your ability to function.
The answer is easy. If you are depressed, your serotonin levels are low, give the body what it needs to produce serotonin and the depression goes away. The body is designed to do this naturally and safely and there are natural product designed with everything needed to give the body what it needs.
