The Exercise To Lose Weight - Part 1

Everyone wants to lose weight, burn some fat and have a good line. In this article I’ll offer strength training exercises which will help you to find a good line.
The exercises are listed in order of the parts of the body they are intended, for example buttocks.
You can work in different ways, or a session focusing on a specific part for example the legs or by working different areas of the body in the same session, for example buttocks and thighs.
- In the case of a meeting focusing on one muscle group, do all the exercises one after another.
- In the case of a meeting involving several muscle groups, select 3 exercises for each group.
Start with exercises that condition the major muscle groups more, then the smallest.
Start with exercises for the legs, and exercises for thighs and end with the abdominal.
Don’t forget before beginning the exercises, heated up for 5 to 10 minutes. You will be warm enough when you begin to sweat.
Repeat each exercise a number of times:
If you are a beginner, start with 10 repetitions.
If you have a medium level, between 15 and 20 repetitions.
If you have acquired a good level, between 25 to 30 repetitions.
For each exercise made at least 3 sets:
When you reach a higher level, that you can perform 3 sets of 30 repetitions for each exercise, use elastic or Lester to perform your exercises.
Remember to breathe with the movement, which allows better control of the exercise. When the muscle is tight, breathe.
Remember to take care of your joints, avoid uncontrolled movement and overwork the joints.
The pace is very important, do the exercises slowly to effectively control movements.
At the end of each meeting, don’t forget to stretch. You have to known that to have a nice line (muscle toning and purposes), stretching are as important as the exercise itself.
A good stretching session should last at least 10 minutes.
Thanks to the stretching, your muscles are long and tonics, you’ll also avoid the aches.
To have a good line, you can not confined to muscle strengthening exercises alone, you have to involve them in an activity such as cardiovascular training for example jogging, cycling, rowing, skipping which will allow you to burn fat rebels.
Don’t forget also before starting a cardiovascular training session, you must warm, and at the end of the meeting, you stretch properly.
Throughout physical activity, don’t forget to drink and drink often in small quantities.
Drink also throughout the day (at least 1.5 liters, ideally twice), Which allows “clean your body.
You eliminate toxins, and it also helps to drain your body, which is essential for a beautiful line.
