When your ex comes to you with no warning and says its all over it can seem like the end of the world. You immediately go in to survival mode and your emotions will be all over the place.
What happens then is you start to do all the things you should not do to get your ex back. It becomes a downward spiral the more you try the worse things get. How can you stop this happening well here are 3 things you must not do. If you are already doing them stop immediately.
1) Don’t keep calling your ex. By calling and calling and calling you are not showing how much you love then just how desperate and needy you are. This is an attribute no partner finds attractive. You are doing yourself no favours what so ever.
2) Mind what you say. If you are saying things like don’t leave I will die with out you or Please come back to me like in 1 above you will appear weak and needy. Put your self in their place you will soon see how this would put you off and drive you away.
3) Don’t try an engineer an accidental meeting. How transparent is this? Very, so why do it. I have seen so many people try and do this and then fall flat on their face. Even the dumbest ex will see striate through this.
You need to get control over your emotions and start thinking clearly. Only then will you begin to see how to get your ex back. There are many methods and actions you can take that will get your ex back.
